Have you been to either Disneyland or Disney World’s Halloween Party? In California you can go to the Oogie Boogie Bash at Disney’s California Adventure, and in Florida you can go to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom. The separately ticketed Parties usually start in September and go through October 31st. Depending on the month there are 3-4 nights a week where the parks host their parties. Usually party goers can get into the park a little early, around 4pm, as the parks start to switch into party mode. By 6pm standard park guests (without a party wrist band) are led to the exists, and things really kick off at 7pm.
During the parties you can Trick or Treat, meet unique characters, watch amazing shows and parades, and even still get on rides. Some of which have special overlays for Halloween. Another perk is that the Halloween parties are one of the few times during the year where adults are allowed to dress up in the parks. There are still a few rules, but why not take advantage of the chance to be a prince or princess at Disney if you can!
Tickets for the parties aren’t on sale quite yet, but dates for sales should be announced soon. Guests that already have reservations at the parks during the party can get early access to tickets!
